This guarantee applies only to the services and products purchased at the time of service and does not apply if you decline services required to maximize the cleaning or if soiling occurs after our service. Specifically excluded from this guarantee are 1) soiling that remains if you decline to purchase services necessary for a complete cleaning experience (PURT, Specialty Spot Removal, etc.), 2) soiling which has occurred after the service, 3) fresh pet urine detected in areas previously treated, and 4) urine which has penetrated below the carpet and pad into the floor which requires removal of the carpet to seal the floor and is beyond the services that we offer.
